Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN) is a comprehensive, holistic system of medicine that treats people according to their typology. Its roots go way back to the ancient Greeks and Egyptians. Personalities such as Aesculapius, Hippocrates, Galen, Paracelsus and, more recently, Sebastian Kneipp, Heinrich Schüssler and Pastor Künzle have shaped these healing treatment methods.

The broad spectrum of TEN aims to strengthen the immune system in a natural way and stimulate self-healing in the body. Individually tailored treatments are used to bring body, mind and soul back into balance. It can be used for both acute and chronic health problems. Foot reflexology therapy

By stimulating and reactivating certain points on the feet, disturbed organ and tissue functions can be found. If the foot point associated with the organ indicates pain, there is an imbalance there. Foot reflexology is an effective method; it not only detects physical complaints, but can also have a health-promoting effect on them.

Foot reflexology has other effects, especially for top-heavy, stressed people. It helps to relax the nervous system and ground the mind. Through targeted exercises, we can learn to let go and involve the heart and gut in our actions. What's more, this form of therapy increases blood circulation, stimulates the immune system, supports self-healing powers and combats the symptoms of illness holistically.

BIORESONANCE THERAPY

The foundation of bioresonance therapy was laid in the 1950s. Researchers and doctors discovered that molecules and molecular compounds in a person's body emit electromagnetic vibrations. These form a typical pattern in every person, which is made up of harmonious (healthy) and disharmonious (diseased) components. Accordingly, they developed a device that uses electrodes to pick up the body's own signals, convert them and feed them back into the human body (source: www.emr.ch).

In a sick person, the oscillation pattern is disturbed, caused by foreign substances in the body such as bacteria, viruses, allergens, fungi or amalgam. With bioresonance therapy, the emitted electromagnetic vibrations are harmonized and selectively returned to the body. Exogenous frequencies can also be used for direct therapy, i.e. external factors that are not endogenous to the body. The oldest form of exogenous bioresonance is sunlight. When it reaches our skin, it turns brown. The reason for this is the ultraviolet component of sunlight. It is therefore obvious that there are other frequencies in addition to the narrow frequency band of sunlight, which in turn trigger their own regulation in the organism. And we work with these in this therapy.

LYMPHDRAINAGE

Manual lymphatic drainage is a special massage technique that uses gentle, rhythmic movements. This allows lymph congestion in the tissue to be eliminated, for example due to injuries or after operations. Headaches, rheumatic diseases, lack of exercise, poor diet or psychological stress can also be causes of congestion.

Impaired functioning of the lymphatic system can lead to the accumulation of fluid in the intercellular spaces or even to oedema. Thanks to this massage, you can prevent serious congestion. The lymph vessels are stimulated again and the excess tissue fluid is removed. This therapy also has a relaxing effect and stimulates the immune system.

CLASSIC MASSAGE

Classical massage is much more than just relaxation therapy. The specific hand movements stretch tense muscles and relieve pain in the musculoskeletal system. I also focus on the trigger points in the body. The treatment loosens the connective tissue, increases blood circulation and stimulates cell metabolism. With the effective effect that the pain dissolves and the body relaxes.

What many people don't know: Massage also has a positive effect on the heartbeat, blood pressure, breathing and digestion. In short, massage is an all-purpose remedy for well-being. PHYTOTHERAPY

Phytotherapy is one of the great, tried-and-tested pillars of naturopathy. The first records date back to the Sumerians in the 5th millennium BC. In Europe, it was mainly monks and nuns who studied the healing effects of plants from the early Middle Ages onwards. The systematic further development by scholars such as Paracelsus contributed to herbal medicine being used by doctors and pharmacists ever since.

The active ingredients of the plants are processed and administered in the form of tea blends, fresh plant extracts, tinctures, ready-made preparations, ointments, spagyrics, globules or medicinal wines. During the treatment, we discuss your concerns in detail, analyze the symptoms and daily routines so that I can give you healing herbs on the way.

Our eating habits have an enormous influence on our well-being and health. Obesity, allergies and illnesses are often the result of an unbalanced metabolism.
