The central building houses the administration offices, the momentino restaurant, 37 single care rooms, the department for people with cognitive changes, and the wellness pool.

On the second floor, there are eleven 2½-room apartments, rooms for everyday activities, a hairdressing salon, and a massage room.

 

A light-filled inner courtyard forms the center of the building.
