Why dance is liberating?
In January 2015, I opened my dance school Tanzen Befreit with the idea that all people can dance and move, for me dancing is something liberating, hence the name.
Because everything is allowed when dancing!
Children, teenagers and adults, boys and girls are under constant pressure. Even in kindergarten, a lot is demanded of the little ones, which is repeated again and again in later life. That's why dancing can be used as an outlet; everything that has built up can be let out again.
