Welding as a team event "Welding connects" in the truest sense of the word: weld your team together by showing how creative the team is during the welding workshop.

 

I took over the company in 2014, now in its fourth generation.

Many years of experience stand for craftsmanship, quality, and precision at the highest level.

Influenced by my training in metal construction and my desire to design handmade, modern metal furniture according to my own designs or customer specifications

, I run TISCH-SCHMITTE.

My workshop is located in Hessigkofen between Biel, Solothurn, and Bern.

At the beginning of 2020, we started with team events and workshops at our 300-year-old, authentic smithy. The idea was born in the fall of 2019 while searching for new challenges beyond metalworking and furniture construction. Only the global health situation made the start a little more difficult than usual. In addition to corporate events, we also welcomeChristmas dinners, family celebrations, birthdays, and bachelor parties.

My wife Aneta Aeschbacher, who works as an architect and designer, has been supporting me for 10 years. Together, we not only manage two children (aged 8 and 5), but also two companies.

Thanks to her creativity and design skills, we have created our furniture designs and successfully renovated the apartment above the Schmitte. Her interior and design projects can be admired on the website: www.aadesign.ch&nbsp.

The international magazine AIT took notice of the project and published a report.
