About us
The foundation stone for Baumgartner Immobilien AG in Horgen (formerly Verwaltungsbüro Hofmann) was laid in 1966 by Samuel and Eduard Hofmann. Alfred Baumgartner has been working in the business since 1987 and took over the company in 2003 and has been successfully running it ever since.
Baumgartner Immobilien AG specializes in the management and administration of real estate in the canton of Zurich. Our range of services includes, in particular, the expert management of rental properties and condominiums.
We also advise and support our clients in the sale of properties and in renovation projects.
Our activities are mainly concentrated on the left bank of Lake Zurich. We are therefore very familiar with the local processes and contact points.
We are particularly proud of the fact that we have been looking after most of our clients for many years. This is primarily thanks to our experienced, long-standing employees.
