As an energy service provider and public company, EWO supplies its customers with sustainable electricity. However, we also see ourselves as a competent service provider, innovative partner, responsible employer and driver of regional development.

We support our customers as a competent partner in all matters relating to the efficient use of energy, from product advice to the electricity grid and maintenance services. The wholly owned subsidiary EWO Gebäudetechnik AG also offers a wide range of building technology services.

EWO is owned by the canton of Obwalden and its seven municipalities. We employ around 100 people and train a total of 21 apprentices with EWO FUTURE.
