Craniosacral Therapy
The basis of biodynamic craniosacral treatment is the knowledge that the body possesses an inner intelligence and therefore the ability to heal itself. With gentle touches, I can use my hands to follow the shapes, movements, currents, and patterns inside the body, thus supporting healing through targeted focus.
The terms "cranio" and "sacral" are derived from the words skull (cranium) and sacrum
(sacrum). Together with the spine, the brain and spinal cord membranes
and cerebrospinal fluid. The
rhythmic production and resorption of the fluid (cerebrospinal fluid), the craniosacral
rhythm. This very subtle movement continues from the skull through the spine to the sacrum
and is transmitted to the entire body. These rhythmic movements are used in
used in craniosacral treatment. In the case of blockages and pain, the craniosacral
rhythm is no longer harmonious.

Medical massage
Relieving muscle tension and stiffness creates a pleasant feeling of well-being. Muscle tension is regulated, waste products are removed, and the tissue becomes soft and supple. This allows energy to flow freely throughout the entire system again.
Medical massage provides relaxation and harmonization for:
- Back pain
- Slipped discs, lumbago
- Headaches, migraines
- Shoulder and neck tension
Mobilization techniques
Using various mobilization techniques, I can restore the spine and joints to a good, physiological position. This allows the nerves to optimally supply the internal organs again and the joints to function normally. Pain disappears.
The various techniques are:
- Reflexive mobilization
- FOI Functional osteopathy and integration
- Swing cushion
Mobilization techniques are indicated for:
- Poor posture
- Back pain
- Herniated discs, lumbago
- Shoulder and neck tension
- Joint pain
- Headaches, migraines
- Whiplash
Swing cushion
By loosening the pelvic joints in cases of pelvic obliquity and leg length discrepancy, combined with
swinging of the entire body on the swing cushion, the entire deep musculature is relaxed and
loosened, thereby mobilizing and releasing blockages in the spine and joints.
Swing cushions help with:
- See the list of mobilization techniques
- for harmonizing the body and mind
Reflexology on the foot / Foot reflexology / Foot reflexology massage
The feet interact with the entire body. This massage can specifically stimulate the body's organ and gland functions and activate its self-healing powers. The body is harmonized as a whole and supported in its regulatory functions.
Reflexology therapy is beneficial for:
- Poor posture
- Back pain
- Digestive problems
- Menstrual disorders

Bach flowers
Bach flower remedies can help us to break free from negative mental concepts and old patterns and to find and live life-affirming values. This has a strengthening effect on our entire personality and helps us to follow our own path.
Acupuncture massage
According to traditional Chinese medicine, energies flow through our bodies. They follow the so-called meridians, invisible pathways, and supply the entire body with energy. However, this energy flow can be weakened or even blocked by stress. Acupuncture massage can break through such blockages.
The treatment plan is drawn up on the basis of an ear diagnosis. The entire treatment is rounded off with the oscillating cushion and pelvic correction. The oscillation loosens stuck fasciae and tense muscles. All joints are mobilized, thereby relieving pain.
