We attach great importance to the origin of our products and are proud to offer only Swiss meat, with the exception of our first-class lamb. Our beef is even Natura Beef certified to guarantee you the highest level of quality and taste.

In addition, our catering service, Scholla Kuchi, offers a wide range of delicacies for every type of event.
