The restaurant offers local Neuchâtel cuisine made with products sourced directly from local producers. All " homemade " preparations are made by Jean-Daniel Oppliger and his entire team.
The menu features seasonal products that emphasize the quality of produce and links with regional producers.
At lunchtime on weekdays a daily menu proposal is served. A la carte meals are also available.
L'Hôtel-de-Ville de La Brévine offers 8 refurbished rooms, with an arrangement respecting the authenticity of the premises, and bringing a real change of scenery. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom.
