La Ressource

La Ressource unfolds its activities in a former Collège de campagne, close to La Chaux-de-Fonds and set in magnificent surroundings.

La Ressource is a space dedicated to the essential, the unveiling and expression of being, the opening of the heart and the connection with all forms of life.  

I created between 2020-2022 the'Oracle The Horse Messenger of Essence. It's for everyone and consists of 52 drawing cards, 52 poem cards and 12 advice cards, as well as an explanatory booklet.In Hebrew, horse means: "He who helps man to grow", and this game takes you on an exciting ride to discover your unique truth. What's more, it offers you activities and advice to deepen certain aspects essential to bringing your true self to light. It also invites you to develop your creativity, among other things by coloring the drawing cards that can be photocopied from the booklet. This Oracle is original in its form and offers you a variety of complementary print possibilities.

With or without the Oracle, I invite you to discover your inner self by developing self-acceptance, observation of ego games, the practice of mindfulness, a return to the silence of being, creative expression and the sharing of your unique beauty.

MEDITATIONS

Nothing can describe the joy of returning to the essential in awareness of the present. Nothing can surpass the wonder of deep vision at the heart of the living. We can only taste it with all our being and realize that we are that.

Today more than ever, with current conflicts bringing suffering, fear and escalating tensions to the forefront of the world stage, the practice of meditation takes on its full meaning. To meditate is first and foremost to see all the little inner wars we wage against ourselves and others, and to pacify them with kindness. To meditate is to return to our fundamental, non-dual nature, which is love and peace. To meditate together is to multiply tenfold the power of the energy of love for ourselves and others. Let's not underestimate our power to change the world through our inner transformation!
