La Ressource

La Ressource operates out of a former rural college near La Chaux-de-Fonds, located in a magnificent setting.

La Ressource is a space dedicated to the essential, the unveiling and expression of being, the opening of the heart, and connection with all forms of life.

Between 2020 and 2022, I created the Oracle Le cheval messager de l'essentiel (The Horse, Messenger of the Essentials). It is intended for everyone and consists of 52 illustrated cards, 52 poetry cards, and 12 advice cards, as well as an explanatory booklet.It opens you up to listening to the messages of your soul and your guides through the wisdom that horses deliver to us. In Hebrew, horse means "the one who helps man to grow, " and this deck takes you on an exciting ride to discover your unique truth. In addition, it offers activities and advice to help you explore certain aspects that are essential to revealing your true self. It also invites you to develop your creativity, among other things by coloring in the illustrated cards, which can be photocopied from the booklet. This Oracle is original in its form and offers you a variety of complementary readings.

With or without the Oracle, I invite you to discover your inner self by developing self-acceptance, observing the games of the ego, practicing mindfulness, returning to the silence of being, creative expression, and sharing your unique beauty.

MEDITATIONS

Nothing can describe the joy of returning to the essential in the awareness of the present. Nothing can surpass the wonder of the profound vision at the heart of life. We can only taste it with our whole being and realize that we are that.

Today more than ever, with current conflicts bringing suffering, fear, and escalating tensions to the forefront of the world stage, the practice of meditation takes on its full meaning. Meditating means first seeing all the little internal wars we wage against ourselves and others in order to pacify them with kindness. Meditating means returning to our fundamental non-dual nature, which is love and peace. Meditating together means increasing the power of the energy of love for ourselves and others tenfold. Let's not underestimate our power to change the world through our inner transformation!
