Kinesiology is a complementary therapy method. It gets you moving, at your own pace, gently. Through muscle testing, we will "dialogue" with the body. This will lead to balancing and/or awareness, which in time will lead to the best potential for each individual.

Kinesiology came into my life about 25 years ago. I consulted a kinesiologist who brought me much improvement and comfort. I then went back to her with my children. She guided us towards changes in relation to language learning, certain food intolerances, fears, etc.

In 2020, after 3 years of professional training, I obtained the kinesiology diploma with branch certificate as a complementary therapist OrTra TC.

Kinesiology is beneficial for everyone (babies, children, adults) and also for animals (through transference).
