Attracted by natural therapies and well-being for a long time, it was in 2011 that I began my training as a massage therapist. I liked it right away and went on to learn other techniques such as therapeutic massage, manual lymphatic drainage and rebouteux gestures. This massage relaxes, stimulates and tones the muscles of the face, neck, nape and skull.

Manual lymphatic drainage

This is a massage method made up of very gentle pressure exerted on the path of lymph vessels and lymph nodes. It thus facilitates the flow of lymph and promotes better elimination of waste and toxins. Drainage also stimulates the circulation of fluids in tissues, enabling them to regain their elasticity. What's more, it will strengthen our immune system, as it's in the lymph that our white blood cells, agents of our defense system, circulate.

Massage with hot and cold stones

The basalt stones used for this massage were born in the heart of volcanoes and are naturally polished by streams. They retain within them the "imprint of fire". Subtly accompanied by cold marble stones, they will bring you a feeling of life and fullness. Alternating temperatures provoke intense circulation and activate the body's elimination and purification process, toning up your metabolism's fluid exchange.
