The 4 elements, air, fire, water, earth, are my working tools. When I give a massage, I call upon all these elements which constitute us all. Sometimes one of these elements stagnates or is blocked for various reasons.

Together, we'll work to free up space for the elements to exist and express themselves. Your deeper nature needs to be connected with these elements regularly, in order to maintain balance.

The massages I offer enable deep emotional and muscular relaxation, release blockages, release toxins, bring energy, increase libido, soothe the heart, the soul. They offer a reconnection with oneself, air and tenderness for oneself.

They improve sleep and stress management, and help you cope with a daily routine often punctuated by information over-stimulation.

Simply "take a break" from your daily routine.
