In summer, the studio opens up to the outdoors

As soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, Pilatesgarage becomes a veritable showcase of nature.
Courses on the lawn, sunrise sessions, barefoot Pilates in the grass, deep breathing in the shade of trees... Every session becomes a regenerating break, far beyond a simple workout.

We use a wide variety of equipment:
Pilates tower, small accessories, swiss balls, elastics, rollers, circles, BALLance balls, and much more.
