Marc-Etienne Besson, massage therapist and musician.
I was over 30 when the desire to massage first crossed my mind, then enthused after a first class.
A new world opened up, subtle and varied.
As in music, a never-ending apprenticeship, each discovery leading to another.
I love the exceptional suspended time represented by the complicity between masseur and massaged.
I love doing good, feeling tensions unravel, searching for the origin of aches and pains, helping body and soul to regain calm and serenity.
I began my career at HP-Formation, where I studied reflexology, classical massage and sports massage, followed by a three-year course at the Institut Supérieur de Reboutement.
I then learned manual lymphatic drainage, using the Vodder method, at Esclarmonde. Finally, I added Hawaiian massage (Lomi Lomi) and Thaï-Foot (at Akeo) to my palette. Various training courses and continuing education programs regularly add to and enrich these different techniques.
Today, I divide my time harmoniously between massage and music.
I mainly provide my treatments in
Lausanne, but also at the Bains des Pâquis in Geneva and in
