Ann Sheppard, osteopath specialized in cranial and energetic osteopathy, as well as physiotherapist specialized in SAMT manual therapy and lymphatic drainage.

As an osteopath and physiotherapist, I work on rehabilitation and functional rebalancing of musculoskeletal disorders. In osteopathy, I also rebalance the energetic system, taking a holistic approach to the human being.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a manual therapy focused on the functional disorders of the human body.
Through their hands, the osteopath assesses the condition of the body’s different systems (vascular, articular, visceral, cranial, or energetic) in order to develop an appropriate treatment.

Philosophically, the osteopath seeks to identify the primary cause that generates the symptom by working through various systems (articular, visceral, cranial, energetic), considering the symptom within a holistic view of the human being.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a paramedical discipline aimed at treating or restoring the integrity of the locomotor system using natural methods such as massage, mobilization of soft tissues (skin, muscles, fascia), active exercises, passive or semi-active joint mobilizations, electrotherapy, or the use of heat and cold.
