For 25 years, the Policlinique Ostéopathique de Lausanne, formerly known as Permanence Ostéopathique de Lausanne, has been a pillar of healthcare in our region. Our institution, Switzerland's first osteopathic clinic, opened its doors in January 2000. Since then, we have been offering our patients the opportunity to be treated by professional therapists, whether for routine consultations or emergencies. Our clinic has always employed certified, accredited, and highly qualified osteopaths who regularly update their knowledge through continuing education. To date, we have treated more than 50,000 patients and provided more than 250,000 consultations, and we continue to work to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. This approach has been successful, as according to our 2016 satisfaction survey, 97.37% of our patients would recommend us to their friends and family.

One of the key elements of our therapeutic success, and therefore of our patients' satisfaction, is teamwork. The daily sharing of experiences, the review of different clinical cases in internal conferences, the pooling of files, and therapeutic follow-up are important assets of our healthcare offering. In addition, in order to better tailor osteopathic treatments to an ever-growing and increasingly diverse patient base, we have opened three centers of expertise: the Lausanne Osteopathic Center for Women and Children, the Lausanne Osteopathic Center for Athletes, and the Lausanne Osteopathic Center for Seniors. Our collaboration with a large network of doctors and healthcare professionals is also one of the strengths of our organization.
