Our association makes its skills and professionals available to local authorities and private companies in the field of sheltered housing, through the presence of social referents on dedicated sites or support for construction projects.

Securing care in sheltered housing 

In collaboration with sheltered housing operators, the association provides social referents, who notably ensure a personal link with tenants enabling them to live independently, integrated, socially and healthily secure lives.

Role of Pro Senectute Vaud 

The association is involved in structures in which:

• Inhabitants benefit from a private living space in an apartment, while having access to community spaces.
   

 
• The housing contract includes services relating to security supervision and the use of community premises.
   
• An allocation committee rules on applications to rent housing, based on previously defined criteria. It also deals with tenant exit situations.
