We are a small family-run butcher's shop located in Lavorgo,
a village in the Leventina Valley. Our business began on July 1, 1973, when
Donato, not yet twenty years old, took over his employer's butcher shop.
Over the years, the butcher shop expanded with its own production
various local Ticino products. In July 2012, his son Daniele joined the business and, under his father's guidance, learned all the tricks of the trade.
Our butcher's shop has its own private slaughterhouse,
which allows us to carry out the entire meat processing cycle.
We produce our region's specialties by hand,
and have won several awards in competitions organized
by the Swiss Union of Master Butchers.
We offer our products for all kinds of occasions:
anniversaries, birthdays, parties, weddings.
