The GRAFFITI childcare center moved into a new ground floor arcade in March 2004. It is a gentle and calm environment. With windows on all sides, the space has been designed to be as bright as possible and as open as possible, creating a unique environment for children.
Virginie Petey, after gaining experience in various areas of early childhood education, was given the opportunity in 1996 to create a childcare center called GRAFFITI, a private expression workshop/kindergarten in the Grand-Saconnex neighborhood.
Dynamic, creative, and attentive to others, she imagined a place where children could express themselves freely. Developing all the senses through visual arts in an artistic construction workshop (plaster, wood, metal, electrical wires... all types of recycled materials), These are ways for children to explore their imagination in a fun and free way through drawing and materials.
She has made this her way of working, based on creativity, imagination, questioning, enjoyment, and exchange, where the child's well-being and early learning are her primary focus.
