Early in 1931, a few members of the Swiss AVIA Federation decided to create a petroleum products company AVIA to ensure a nationwide distribution network (fuels - combustibles and lubricants). In 1959, the AVIA brand was established in French-speaking Switzerland with AVIA DISTRIBUTION SA which expanded in 2005 with the takeover of the petroleum activities of the family-owned Aegerter companies in Gland, Durussel Combustibles in Nyon, VEZ in Ecublens, Pully, DUBATH Combustibles in Yverdon and RIVIERA Produits Pétroliers in Vevey with our partners Fath, Kocher, Lehmann-Stein, Mages, Pariat Combustibles.

We handle distribution to private customers, property management companies, industries, cantonal authorities and craftsmen. We supply all grades corresponding to the latest Swiss standards (SN) for petrol: unleaded 95 and unleaded 98, diesel fuel and the various grades of heating oil, mazout EURO, mazout ECO, mazout ECO plus and the concept of mazout EXTRA-VERT ®.
