Our business

The heart of the Spiess butcher's store is the store. We attach great importance to a well-kept interior as well as the friendliness and competence of our employees.

In addition to a wide range of fresh meat and a range of charcuterie produced in-house, you will find: a delicatessen department with freshly prepared delicacies every day, a fish department with a wide selection of fresh fish, a wine, cheese and bread corner with Grisons specialties and a self-service department with exquisite delicacies such as homemade sauces and pasta, special oils, exquisite teas and many other specialties that you won't find in the supermarket.

We supply restaurants, hotels and mountain inns throughout Central Grisons. On request, we are happy to offer you a party service, especially for catering or barbecues.
