The dishes :
For the past two decades, our menu has remained unchanged!
 
We offer typical Swiss dishes: fondues, raclettes and croûtes with cheese we make on site, homemade Rösti cooked with cheese dairy butter, wood-fired grilled meats,.
Our menu also adapts to each of the four seasons, with specific dishes for each period of the year. 
 
From Monday to Friday, we also offer daily menus.
 
The wines :
We offer regional and local wines.
Only one wine from France: Bordeaux.
 
Demonstrations :
Witness and take part in artisan cheese-making from A to Z.
Cheese-making takes place on Friday evenings, starting at 6:30pm only during the winter season (December 15 to March 15)
