Member of the Fédération Vaudoise des Vignerons (F.V.V.), member of the Cave Vaudoise, the Association Vinicole d'Aigle plays an active role in the life of professional organizations, as well as in the promotional activities of the Office des Vins Vaudois (O.V.V.). It is also a member of the Fédération des Caves Viticoles Vaudoises, an organization dedicated to the professional defense and economic promotion of its members' products, whose role extends to representing them within professional organizations, notably the Communauté interprofessionnelle des vins vaudois (C.I.V.V.). Today, the association is still in existence, but since then it has given rise to the limited company Les Celliers du Chablais.

The heirs to a long history, the wines of Aigle and Yvorne are highly prized. Here, it's the quality of the soils, the terraced vineyards and environmentally-friendly viticulture that make all the difference and the renown of our vintages.

WINES THAT HONOR THE APPELLATIONS OF AIGLE AND YVORNE

Thanks to rigorous plot selection, the fifty-five hectares of vineyards of the Association Vinicole d'Aigle are planted according to the specific characteristics of the soil, climate and exposure of each vineyard. Strict ripeness controls, manual harvesting in small crates, and selected vinification according to harvest contributions also contribute to magnify the quality of our wines.
