Everything is carefully handcrafted in our family business. This means we never lose sight of the big picture and can guarantee the highest quality.
Working holistically is very important to us. We often let nature dictate the plan. In winter, the goats are not milked, so there is no fresh goat's cheese. And when the goats are born in spring, there is less milk for cheese production because the young animals drink it for healthy growth.
