REAMCO SA was established in 1997 and, thanks to a large and diversified Swiss and foreign clientele, was able to expand and separate the two sectors with the establishment of REAMCO IMMOBILIARE SA in early 2020. The two companies now operate individually in the fiduciary sector (Reamco SA) and the real estate sector (Reamco Immobiliare SA).
Our field of activity is accounting and payroll management for small and medium-sized enterprises, preparation of annual tax returns for private and commercial clients, tax consulting, and real estate management, including buying and selling, condominium management, commercial real estate management, and first lease/rental on behalf of third parties.
In addition to advisors, our team relies on qualified employees who provide direct and personal service on the basis of flexibility, availability, expertise and specialized knowledge. Our offices are located in the center of Locarno, on the 1st floor of the "Palazzo City", adjacent to the public parks of the city of Locarno, next to the bank "Credit Suisse".

Story/condominium building administration:
.- Keeping of annual accounts, closings and budgets, allocation of costs
- Organization and conducting ordinary and extraordinary general meetings
- Drafting of minutes of meetings
