WELCOME TO REAMCO IMMOBILIARE SA & REAMCO SA
REAMCO SA was founded in 1997 and, thanks to an important and diversified Swiss and foreign clientele, was able to expand and separate the two sectors with the establishment of REAMCO IMMOBILIARE SA at the beginning of 2020. The two companies now operate individually in the fiduciary sector (Reamco SA) and in the real estate sector (Reamco Immobiliare SA).
Our field of activity is accounting and payroll management for small and medium-sized enterprises, the preparation of annual tax returns for private and commercial clients, tax consulting, and real estate management, including sales, condominium management, commercial property management, and first-time rentals/rentals on behalf of third parties.
In addition to our advisors, our team includes qualified staff who guarantee direct and personal service based on flexibility, availability, competence, and specialist knowledge. Our offices are located in the center of Locarno, on the 1st floor of the "Palazzo City," adjacent to the public parks of the city of Locarno, next to the "Credit Suisse" bank.

Administration of condominiums/condominiums:
- Annual accounting, closing and financial statements, cost allocation
