In collaboration with Tognola Claudio, we have been active in the field of household appliances since 1987 and are always at your disposal for any of your needs in this sector.

We install and repair both freestanding and built-in appliances. We offer free designs for complete kitchens, as well as sales and assistance for air conditioners, dehumidifiers, stoves, and heat pumps.

Our carpentry workshop is equipped to make any modifications to existing kitchen furniture (shelves, doors, fronts, etc.) as well as to redesign it.

We are also the only company to offer you the option of entering into a loan agreement for the use of laundry appliances in your multi-family buildings.

Site inspection, quote, installation

We carry out free site inspections for the supply of new appliances.

If you accept a quote provided after an appliance has been inspected, the same invoice will be credited.

Except in special cases, transport and installation of the appliance are included in the price.

Once you have chosen your appliance, we will send you a quote offering you exceptional discounts!

Repair rates

When it comes to repairs, we can boast some of the most competitive rates around for service costs.

Our labor rate is CHF 98 per hour (excluding 8% VAT). Our call-out fee is CHF 59 (excluding 8% VAT), valid throughout Ticino.

Please note that this fee is charged only once, regardless of whether we need to return to the site after ordering the part necessary to resolve the problem. Our workshop is equipped to repair and overhaul
washing machines, dryers, and appliances of all brands that cannot be repaired or checked directly on site.

During a prolonged overhaul or repair, we will provide you with a similar appliance free of charge for the entire duration of the repair.

For those who do not want to make a large investment and do not want to face maintenance costs for their own appliance,

Prepaid washing machine and dryer rental

On request from architects, administrations, and owners of multi-family buildings, we install washing machines and dryers from the renowned Miele brand in your laundry rooms free of charge.

Here are some of the advantages:

• No investment required.
• Full warranty on the machines for the entire duration of the contract.
• We take care of collection and administration (saving you administrative costs).
• Guaranteed rapid repair service.
• Theft insurance covered by us (savings on the policy).
• 10% rebate on collection to the promoter or their representative
  if the pre-established minimum is reached (see contract).

We not only install our machines in new laundromats, but we also take over existing laundromats if necessary.
