In addition to psychotherapy, the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment offered also includes psychopharmacotherapy if necessary, whereby the use of phytotherapeutics (medicinal plants as medicines) is also considered. Psychotherapy is interdisciplinary, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and the application of mindfulness-based methods (dialectical behavioral therapy), and is covered by health insurance.

My treatment and therapy are based on the guidelines of Swiss and international professional associations and the latest scientific literature. Therapy usually takes place in an individual setting, but can also be provided in a couple or family setting if necessary.

My services are aimed at adult patients aged 18 and over.
