Führungsprobleme = Qualitätsprobleme

Rückständig, kennt die Bezugspflege noch nicht. Jeden Tag am Morgen u. Abend stets eine andere Pflegeperson. Mal dipl. PFF HöFa, mal FaGe, oder nur Betreuung SRK. Dem entsprechend ist auch das Qualitätsniveau. Keine Kontinuität, so fallen auch die zeitl Aufwendungen - die der Patient mit zuzahlen hat, stark unterschiedlich auf! Rhycare hatte in den vergangenen 15 Monaten heftige interne Turbulenzen. Neuer GF ging so schnell wieder, wie er kam. Danach bis Jan. 22 ohne G...
