In a field that, like our world, is constantly evolving, always striving for greater precision and ever more demanding, it is a daily challenge to meet expectations but also to offer what we consider essential: quality that pushes the boundaries.

 

The human need to quantify and measure time in order to give ourselves the illusion of controlling it has given rise to some crazy and utterly fascinating objects such as the sundial, the hourglass, the marine chronometer, and hydraulic clocks. Today, we put the science and technology that time has allowed us to acquire at the service of this magic.

 

The transformation of metals and the creation of precious pieces designed to meet not only the demands of today's market but also to bear the mark of a unique tradition and expertise is a form of alchemy; an alchemy perpetuated at the heart of a business as mysterious as it is revered: the trade in passing time, which we so desperately seek to understand and so desperately wish to slow down.

 

Since both fine watchmaking and micromechanics require unique skills and expertise, we work with low tolerances and manufacture parts that are accurate to within a micron. To this end, we are constantly seeking and working to adapt our programming and machining processes in order to provide solutions that are ever closer to and more respectful of our customers' requirements and the most demanding specifications.

Our machine park consists of several three- to six-axis machining centers, and we invest every year in increasingly high-performance tools and equipment in order to best meet the criteria of excellence and to be able to afford cutting-edge and innovative work.

Among our priorities: to remain conscious that creating these small, high-end pieces with unique symbolism every day is truly an art, and to work in a spirit that combines high-precision science, goldsmithing, jewelry making, and alchemy.

 

Even when racing against the clock, we know how important it is to listen to our customers and maintain harmony within our team on a daily basis.

 

2b8 is a very explicit name when translated: To be infinity... Because in our field, how can we not dream of uniting time and infinity and allowing the alliance of high precision and true beauty?
