The rare organic milk is supplied by Biohof Breiten in Rotkreuz and Riedenholzhof in Zurich-Affoltern, and is processed directly at the Chäs-Hütte into pasteurized buffalo milk, buffalo yoghurt and buffalo mozzarella. Quality is at the forefront of Chäs-Hütte's creations - and this includes fair working conditions for employees as well as fair conditions for suppliers.
