At the Des Alpes nursing home, people are our focus. Thanks to attentive care and competent support, we ensure the satisfaction of our residents. Everyday life

The Des Alpes nursing home offers a magnificent view of Lake Thun and the unique mountain world of the Bernese Oberland. Surrounding the venerable building is a small park with a garden and seating areas that invite you to linger. A carefully designed, well-maintained environment promotes well-being. The garden, with its berry bushes, flower beds, and numerous potted plants, creates a friendly, natural atmosphere all year round.

 

Gastronomy at Des Alpes

Anyone who wants to enjoy their meal in a family atmosphere and lovingly furnished surroundings is very welcome here. Our restaurant/kitchen offers traditionally balanced and healthy dishes that meet all requirements. We naturally prefer regional and seasonal products and incorporate the latest findings on age-appropriate nutrition.

Regular events enrich life. The Des Alpes nursing home offers its residents a variety of activities tailored to the individual needs of the home family. These activities promote the existing resources of the seniors without overburdening them. In this context, we always respect the privacy of our residents.

Numerous volunteers are involved in our activities. Together with the team, they are committed to a holistic approach. This also includes intergenerational projects, for example by involving schoolchildren or young people from the village.
