• General sewer maintenance work is due at a property
• We check the property's sewer system, if possible in the presence of the janitor or manager
• Condition report is sent to the person responsible (offer)
• We will let you know if the property's sewer system is in order
• Sewer renovation: damp walls/floors, damage to water pipes, leaking / defective pipes, displaced pipe connections
