I am happy to accompany you on your journey of conscious change with techniques and tools tailored to you and your needs.

In 1997, while searching for a meaningful complement to conventional medicine, I came across complementary therapy .
My own experiences with this method convinced me so much that I decided to complete the three-year vocational training in integrative kinesiology in Zurich.
As a nurse and mother of two adult children, I care deeply about people as holistic beings. That is why my focus is now on recognizing and finding the causes in the most diverse areas of a person's life in order to restore their "wholeness."
As a trained kinesiologist in integrative and transformative kinesiology, I am committed to the principles of fairness and teamwork and am bound by confidentiality. I completed my studies as a life coach at Polaris International College in Denmark.

I am a trained complementary therapist with a federal diploma and am recognized by health insurance companies.
