Individual psychology
I am an individual psychology counselor. Individual psychology assumes that our behavioral patterns are goal-oriented. Counseling is about finding out the often unconscious goals of our actions and understanding them in their respective life context. This gives your current problem an understandable face that can also be changed. The aim of counseling is to help you quickly find your own good way through life! I also like to work with imaginations, dreams, texts, images, etc. to help you reach your goal. You decide what you want to explore in depth during the consultation.
