Our cuisine offers fish and meat specialties cooked on a pioda (stone grill), Mediterranean cuisine, and in the fall, we offer our mixed boiled meats served on a cart.

From November, every Thursday, mixed boiled meats served from a trolley with 14 types of meat to choose from: beef, veal, veal head, beef tongue, rippli, speck, pork ribs, chicken, cotechino, zampone, vodese sausage, wienerli, bone marrow, luganiga; all served with boiled potatoes, sauerkraut, salsa verde, and fruit mustard.
