Guiding principles

My work focuses on the most holistic aspects of being human:
Body, soul and spirit are understood as a unit.
Accordingly, I place great emphasis on the client's personal concerns in my treatments in the sense of empathy
                                                  BEING TOUCHED IN DEPTH.

This does not exclude the active cooperation of the client, on the contrary: only through the real perception of one's own body (the soul, the mind), among other things through touch, does the actual motivation to actively improve (maintain) the state of health arise.
The instructions for home exercises are also part of my sessions.
They take place in a quiet, friendly, stress-free atmosphere.
