Catherine Cherpit is passionate about wellness. At the age of 30, she decided to change her path and be more in tune with her values and priorities. She decided to train in 3 complementary fields: massage, Reiki (energetic healing through the laying on of hands) and nutrition. 

She graduated from the HETC in Geneva (Haute Ecole de Thérapie Complémentaire, now renamed TCMA), and at the same time obtained the Reiki Master diploma at the Keola center in Grandvaux.

She has been ASCA accredited since 2019.

These 3 practices are interrelated and help to soothe and relieve the patient through his or her body, mind and diet. Ailments such as fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression, overweight, cholesterol, diabetes... can stem from a variety of factors: physical but also emotional.

A session begins by listening to the problems and a full diagnosis (urinalysis and sometimes blood tests) is carried out. Every story is different and Catherine Cherpit offers perfectly personalized sessions, and sometimes it's necessary to review eating habits while practicing Reiki sessions.
