Exprimerie - Sandra Amodio

At exprimerie, my role revolves around 3 axes. The first is to accompany individuals and groups in the revelation of their oratory potential thanks to communication and theater techniques. The second is to design training programs around the issue of public speaking, whether in academic, professional or private settings. And finally, the third is to offer theater training to enthusiasts of this art wishing to develop their acting skills.

Having begun my career as an actress-puppeteer in Neuchâtel, then as a director and teacher in Geneva and Lausanne, I realized the wealth of theatrical tools to reinforce the role to be embodied in the professional world and to respond to verbal inhibitions, which are one of the causes of burnout. Indeed, oral communication has an influence on the behavior of a person prone to this illness. Daring to express oneself in the context of one's work, even in front of one's superiors, is fundamental to maintaining a balanced relationship with oneself and with others, the common denominator of efficient communication.
