Job Service

Founded in 1988, the Job Service Foundation is a non-profit foundation under private law, recognized as a public utility by the canton of Neuchâtel, specializing in the professional integration of young people, teenagers and students.

In addition to providing information and advice, the Foundation offers, completely free of charge, a placement service, training, support courses and various assistance and professional integration programs tailored to each individual pathway, thanks to the corporate networks the Foundation has built up over more than 30 years.

During these integration measures in the economic environment, young people, as well as the companies that host them, benefit from tailored follow-up and support from Job Service teams.

The Foundation is certified eduQua and InQualis for the quality of its integration services.

The Foundation works with committed professionals whose experienced, specialized and complementary profiles are the strength of the services offered. Combining listening skills, empathy and fine expertise in the professional integration of young people, Job Service teams work at the La Chaux-de-Fonds and Neuchâtel sites.

YOUTH SERVICES

The Foundation's aim is to help young people develop their own potential to achieve autonomy and integrate the professional world.

The Job Service Foundation is aimed atadolescents and young adults aged 15 to 30 in search of a first job, internship place, or apprenticeship, in search of a professional project, or more broadly a life project, while not always knowing how to mobilize the family, social and/or financial resources available.

Job Service is committed to bringing young people and companies together in their mutual expectations and facilitating their encounter on the job market. The Foundation thus works closely with numerous economic players in the public and private spheres.

The Foundation also wishes to respond to the need for young people to have small jobs during their years of study. To this end, the Foundation is extending its placement service to private individuals, enabling them to easily hire one or more young people, to carry out various jobs or help them out at special events.
