Sonia est une excellente coach que je recommande. Elle est à l’écoute, propose un entraînement adapté aux besoins et sait faire avancer les gens qu‘elle suit. Hâte de la retrouver pour un prochain coaching !

Étant venue avec ma maman, nous avons eux un cour rien que pour les deux, Sonia était très à l'écoute de nos corps, de nos besoin et de nos capacités !! Ce fût un moment hors du temps qui nous a fais le plus grand bien. Milles merci à Sonia pour son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance et son empathie. Nous allons revenir et je peux que la recommander !! :)
