Pflegehome GmbH, who are we?

We are a politically and religiously neutral non-profit organization that provides outpatient care services, operating as a limited liability company. We are the first outpatient nursing home in Switzerland with the goal of enabling our guests to spend their twilight years at home.

If this is not possible, our guests can move into a shared apartment located near the day care center. The Department of Health and Social Affairs in Aarau monitors our activities and supervises us. The innovation of an outpatient nursing home and our status as a non-profit organization significantly reduce costs in the healthcare system.

Guiding principle

Support and care at home, as well as promoting and maintaining independence, are important pillars (components) for us. Spending the day at the day care center promotes social contact and thus prevents loneliness, ensures that meals are provided, promotes independence through accompaniment to the grocery store, for example, and much more.

The aim is to enable our guests to remain in their familiar surroundings and not have to move into a room in a nursing home. Furthermore, our guests receive individually tailored care and support, thus relieving the burden on their relatives.
