My name is Dorothée Wyssenbach. As a qualified nurse, I have around 30 years' experience in the healthcare sector, including 20 years with my own homeopathic practice.

Homeopathy is a method of medicine that considers the body, soul and spirit to be of equal value. Recognizing and perceiving the person as an individual in their entirety is the basis of every homeopathic treatment.

Homeopathy is suitable for people of all ages. Depending on your symptoms, homeopathy is used alone or in addition to conventional medicine or other complementary medical therapies.

The confidential dialog between us is the basis of your personal recovery process.

"Similia similibus curentur - Let like be cured with like." This sentence is the basis of homeopathic teaching, which was founded by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann more than 200 years ago. Among other things, he wrote the "Organon of the Art of Healing", which is considered the fundamental work of homeopathy.

The aim of homeopathic treatment is to find a remedy that matches the patient's symptoms. This medicine specifically stimulates the organism's self-healing powers and puts body, soul and spirit on the path to healing.

Homeopathic treatment is suitable for people of all ages:

• for acute illnesses
• for injuries
• as support before and after surgical interventions
• in the case of an unfulfilled desire to have children
• during pregnancy and its aftercare
• for children with developmental disorders/learning difficulties
• for questions about vaccinations
• for emotional and psychological problems

In the latter areas of application, knowledge of the miasms, i.e. the teaching of chronically acquired and chronically inherited diseases, is of particular importance.

During the initial consultation (anamnesis), we get to know each other and determine the appropriate treatment together. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Details on the procedure and costs of therapy 

Nutrition

Good health, well-being and vitality in everyday life have to do with an individually adapted diet, healthy intestinal flora and a sufficient supply of vital substances.

We have to supply our body with vital substances on a daily basis, mostly from outside, through a balanced diet or, if necessary, through dietary supplements. Only a very small proportion can be produced by the body itself. It is also important to monitor storage substances such as iron or vitamins D and B12. If the stores are insufficiently filled or even practically empty, it is almost impossible to replenish them sufficiently through food intake alone.

A successful combination of homeopathy, individually adapted nutrition and orthomolecular medicine (vital substance medicine) results, among other things, in good wound healing (even in the case of wounds with a large loss of substance), rapid recovery after operations, recovery from skin diseases (e.g. neurodermatitis), ADD/ADHD, chronic gastrointestinal diseases or autoimmune diseases (e.g. Hashimoto's thyroiditis).

Treatment procedure

1) Questionnaire

Duration: approx. 1h | from home

To ensure that I have the best possible conditions for the initial consultation (anamnesis), you will be sent a questionnaire BEFORE the appointment. Among other things, it contains questions about your own medical history and that of your family of origin. Choose a quiet moment to fill it in - the more details I know, the better I can advise you afterwards and find the right therapy for you.

2) Initial consultation

Duration: 1.5 - 2h | in the practice

Our first consultation at my practice serves on the one hand to get to know you personally. On the other hand, it is a classic anamnesis consultation: Based on the questionnaire you have completed, I ask specific detailed questions to get to the bottom of the causes of your suffering.

3) Follow-up session(s)

Duration: approx. 1h | in the practice

After 10 to 12 weeks, you will come back to my practice. We will look back together, analyze your progress and plan the further course of therapy. You also have the option of taking advantage of a telephone consultation while taking medication or in the case of acute illnesses. My treatment follows the approach of integrative medicine, which means that I see homeopathy as a complement to conventional medical treatment - and vice versa.

Costs

Hourly rate: The hourly rate is CHF 150 and is calculated from consultations in the practice, telephone consultations and repertorization (case-specific literature study and reflection).

Health insurance: My practice is EMR-, ASCA- and HVS-certified for homeopathy and therefore recognized by all supplementary insurances throughout Switzerland. Services are provided in accordance with your policy. Consultations on nutrition and orthomolecular medicine are at your own responsibility and are not covered by health insurance.
 

Cancellation of appointments: Up to 24 hours in advance possible; after that the appointment will be charged in full.
