Craniosacral therapy in the Dielsdorf district

Craniosacral therapy is a manual, gentle but effective form of body therapy. By palpating the rhythmic movements of the cerebrospinal fluid, blockages and asymmetries can be released. The entire body is treated, with a focus on the skull (cranium), spine and sacrum. The therapeutic techniques are fine, manual touches that stimulate self-healing, have a positive influence on the nervous system and can lead to mental and physical relaxation.

Craniosacral therapy promotes holistic healing. It is primarily used for people who are mentally injured or emotionally overwhelmed. However, I can also recommend craniosacral therapy after accidents and injuries. For newborns, it is suitable for alleviating birth trauma.

About me

My name is Nadine Widmer and I look forward to treating you in my practice for craniosacral body therapy in Niederhasli.

I have been running my own practice with great joy and enthusiasm since 2011. I am a trained medical practice assistant and complementary therapist, method craniosacral therapy with further training in visceral osteopathy. Since October 2018 I have also been recognized as a complementary therapist with a federal diploma. With many years of practical experience, I accompany and support people in the relief of psychological or physical complaints, rehabilitation after accidents or processing overwhelming experiences such as shock and other traumas.

For as long as I can remember, dealing and engaging with people has been very close to my heart. Working as a craniosacral therapist teaches me anew every day to treat clients with mindfulness and respect and to treat them without prejudice or judgment.

I attach great importance to treatment that is individually tailored to the problems and needs of my clients. I treat people of all ages, from newborns to pensioners.
