Description
LITIS
LITIS
Located in Nyon, in the La Côte region, LITIS is a law firm founded by Marc Cheseaux. Together with his team, he defends the interests of both individuals and companies, before cantonal and federal authorities.
Contrary to the current trend towards large structures, LITIS retains a human dimension that enables it to offer tailor-made services to its clients.
Our PHILOSOPHY
Our logo illustrates our vision of the profession: judicial and extra-judicial strategy is akin to a game of chess. Defending the essential interests of our clients is like completing a chess bypass, where the rook comes to protect the king.
At LITIS, every case is treated with the same seriousness, regardless of its importance. We strive to guide our clients through the legal maze, seeking effective solutions while limiting the emotional and financial impact. Aware of the risks and costs associated with litigation, we favour amicable solutions wherever possible. Often, a simple letter or preliminary meeting is enough to resolve a conflict without recourse to the courts.
Our areas of expertise:
Common criminal law
Criminal tax law
Family law
Foreign law
Prosecution and bankruptcy law
Our founders:
Marc Cheseaux, member of the Bar
