Since its opening, the butcher's shop on Place Saint-Martin has made a name for itself, notably thanks to its catering service for many large-scale events.
Wishing to promote local and quality products, butcher Gilles Pradervand offers only Swiss meat.
The beef comes from Givrins, more precisely from Hugo Pradervand's Simmental cow farm. The veal comes from Céligny, from Didier Pradervand's farm. As for the goat meat, it is supplied by Thibaud Morax in Trélex.

Très boucherie, je viens régulièrement de Genève pour y faire mes courses. J'ai connu cette boucherie parce que j'ai travaillé à Nyon au TPN.Il manque beaucoup de ce genre commerce à Genève.
