I practice classical massage therapy, lymphatic drainage manual (MLD) or with compressive taping, plantar or palmar reflexology, connective tissue massage (TCM) and sports massage. I deal with issues as diverse as they are complex, but my specialty is the treatment of scarsboth fresh and old, as well as the preparation of tissues for surgery. This also applies to skin preparation before a tattoo.

The MLD

: a slow, superficial treatment focused on mobilizing fluids in the body. It can be accompanied by the application of compression bandages and the use of compression stockings if necessary during complex decongestive therapy. I also use it as pre/post-surgical care.

Reflexology: otherwise known as plantar or palmar reflex zone massage, is a treatment based on the presence of specific zones on the feet or hands associated with parts of the body or organs. Massaging these zones stimulates their regulation from a distance. It's a particularly relaxing massage, helping in particular with the emotional digestion of traumatic events.

TCM : this is reflexotherapy performed on the skin, so it's superficial, but these effects, they act deep down. Around 10x more powerful than reflexology, this method is particularly potent.Also used in conjunction with the other techniques, it increases their effectiveness and the duration of their effects. It stimulates the autonomous nervous system, to regulate all its functions, thus improving:
