Lucas massage

My name is Lucas Dupont, and I have been a massage therapist—RME certified —for four years.

I practice classic therapeutic massage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) or with compression bandages, foot or palm reflexology, connective tissue massage (CTM), and sports massage. I treat a wide range of complex issues, but my specialty is treating both fresh and old scars , as well as preparing tissue for surgery. This also applies to preparing skin before tattooing.

Appointments are available at the Physio 38 clinic at the times indicated. Home or workplace visits are available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Classic massage: a relaxing and very pleasant massage.

DLM: a slow, superficial treatment focused on mobilizing fluids in the body. It may be accompanied by the application of compression bandages and the use of compression stockings if necessary during complex decongestive therapy. I also use it as a pre-/post-surgical treatment.

Reflexology: also known as foot or palm reflex massage, this treatment is based on the presence of specific areas on the feet or hands that are associated with parts of the body or organs. Massaging these areas stimulates their regulation from a distance. It is a particularly relaxing massage that helps with the emotional digestion of traumatic events.

TCM: this is a reflexology technique performed on the skin, so it is superficial, but its effects are profound. Approximately 10 times more powerful than reflexology, this method is particularly effective. Used in conjunction with other techniques, it increases their effectiveness and prolongs their effects. It stimulates the autonomic nervous system to regulate all its functions , which improves:

• blood and lymphatic circulation

• tissue mobility of the skin, muscles, etc.
