BAUMA GmbH Oberengstringen emerged from Machaz Spenglerei, which changed its legal form to a limited company after 25 years as a sole proprietorship. It was founded by Kaja Alexander Machaz in 1997, four and a half years after he passed his master craftsman's examination, and even after so many years, its original principles have not changed.
