When I am afraid, my breathing is shallow. When I'm in pain, I hold my breath. When I do sport, my breathing is fast. Everyone's breathing rhythm is unique. Superficial breathing impairs the oxygen supply. In the long term, the whole organism suffers.

Therapy offers:

Group lessons
In group lessons, the breath is revitalized with simple, effective posture, movement and voice exercises while sitting or lying down, standing or walking. It is therefore best to wear comfortable everyday clothes and socks. The breathing rhythm is balanced and your breathing power is strengthened.

Individual treatments
In the individual treatments, I can focus on your individual situation in greater depth. During the breathing treatment, you lie clothed on a comfortable lounger. I support your breathing movements with my hands using simple massage techniques. This stimulates your ability to perceive, feel and breathe. The flow of breath is encouraged. The Buteyko method is a breathing technique that can achieve good results in a natural way for asthma, acute and chronic hyperventilation and other breathing problems. I am happy to offer you the opportunity to learn the Buteyko method in individual sessions.
